In question 1, at 2:30 what if both the shoes (35th & 36th) are of same leg (left or right) ? To make a pair, it should be 1 left and 1 right. So, I think it should be (d)45
Sir....in 9 question...for 3 Rd Statement u took 5 and 3....they both are prime numbers...they were asked to take one composite and one prime number ...so once check it sir
Q.1. Now, if he picks any two shoes, they are certainly going to be red. However, we also need to ensure that the red shoes picked by him make a pair, i.e. there should be one red shoe for left foot and one red shoe for right foot. For this to happen we need to pick 11 red shoes. So, maximum number of attempts to get a red pair of shoes = 34 + 11 = 45
In Q.21 The smallest value of m would be 127. Let's just say we get all black, blue, green, yellow, red balls. The total will be 126, when we draw another (ball no.127) it comes out white. Hence smallest value of m is 127, not 167. Hence only statement 1 is correct.
Thank you for the explanations sir. Had a doubt regarding Q 38 at 50:22 . Using both statements we can get the answer 312 which is divisible by 6. But 132 is also divisible by 6 so how can we answer the question as there are two possibilities 312 and 132 so I think both statements are insufficient to answer the question. Shouldn't the answer be (d)?
I feel the answer for the shoes question will be 45. What if he keeps on picking up one shoe of each pair of red shoes after 34 attempts. That is if he picks left shoe of 1st pair of red shoes in his 35th attempt and then left shoe of 2nd pair in his 36th attempt and so on. This leads him to pick all the left shoes by 44th attempt. Then on the 45th attempt he will pick any right shoe of any pair which will eventually make him have a pair of red shoes.
Hlo sir thank you very much for your explanation it was very helpful sir question no.9 pc can be odd was wrong I think you have taken 5prime number for multiplication
Answer for the 1st question is option (d) 45. Shoes 35 to 44 could be red shoe of either left or right leg. So 45th pick will give him one complete pair of red shoes th-cam.com/users/shorts92sWCD99eZ4

Sir in q.38, 132 is also divisible by 6 apart from 312 therefore it's not possible to find the exact number. Option D is the right answer
Sir question no.25 why we can't look for series in arithmetic progression instead of prime number
For option 2
There is also another pattern different from others as
5^2 +6,6^2+5,7^2+4,8^2+3
Can you please explain if there can be other possibility in this??
