NEW 5 Dragons Yellow Edition Slot Machine! Sliding Wilds Free Games BIG WIN Bonus!

My 1st Attempt playing the NEW 5 Dragons Yellow Edition slot by Aristocrat. This new version, along with the Red Edition introduces Hold and Spin to the 5 Dragons series. The Jin Cai Hao Yun feature is a combination of FireLink and All Aboard. 6 of the Choy symbols triggers this feature. Starting with the bottom 3 rows open, it's the typical hold and spin where you start with 3 spins that are reset if any additional prize lands. There are 3 extra rows up top that need to be unlocked based on prizes you collect. If the Choy symbol lands here, all unlocked prizes are added to your Total Win. This keeps going till you run out of spins. If the bottom 3 rows are filled, you win the the Grand Jackpot. During normal spins, the red envelope symbols may trigger the jackpot picking feature for the usual Mini, Minor, Major and Grand Jackpot prizes. Finally, free spins are triggered as usual with at least 3 coins landing left to right. The free game/multiplier selection is typical 5 Dragons, but in this version, wilds that lands during the bonus stay and move down one position for the next spin until they slide off the board. Potentially, you could land 3 wilds in the top row and they'd be available for the next 2 spins. In addition, you can land more than one dragon in a single reel. Possibly! If the dragons stay or even stack up, the lower multiplier would still be good. But with the picking feature and the hold and spin, I imagine getting to the free games is even tougher!

There's also a Red Edition which is similar which I'll be posting up soon. It's cool that they have extra features like the hold and spin, but I still prefer the Rapids/Gold versions for better returns.

The original versions will always pay better. With each iteration, either the bets go up, or the pays go down, or both if new features are added. Now there's a Grand Jackpot, and the hold and spin feature. Getting the free games is probably harder. So, even though this is cool, I still prefer the Rapids or Gold version. The original version was actually not that great for me. Thx for watching!
