Yeah, before this shadow. The only SSR banner character I ever got from gacha is Christmas Alexis, which is the very first character ever from this game. That's why I gave up in gacha and use any free SSR I got untill this Shadow 🤣

Around 7-8 months maybe, you can see the last gacha video I posted. That was the last time I did gacha before this one. For the method just do daily and event, sometimes they give us a lot of free gems in some events like the anniversary event.

The first time i see this game i though it is like control the character and fight the enemies with basic attack, skill and ultimate, but it doesn't 😂. So i only play this game for a few days and stop playing it

yes but it's very difficult to accumulate a lot of crystals and you absolutely must be super super super careful in how you spend them, since you can't expect to get many crystals for free on normal, non-event days.
True, all we can do is waiting for a big event update, anniversary or a special event like new year which give us a lot of free crystals. I'm still hopping they will give us free paid crystals like before, it's really helpful to unlocking special shop for some limited resources.

So far yes, before my crystal reach 160k and the paid crystal I got was from the event last year. Just make sure only pull the characters you need.
