Sounds like the SIL already had a problem with her. Tell her to go kick rocks. If she doesn't want to embrace this new blessing, if she doesn't want to be a loving aunt, if she isn't able to see the beauty in changing for the better and being more ready to be a mom, forget her. Just distance yourself and live your best life. She's going to be a great mom. Know it. Believe it. Screw anyone who's not going to support you.
The SIL is the only one with sense. She's sober, the sister-in-law, and has a baby and knows how hard it is. Just because she wasn't gentle about it doesn't mean she isn't right. It's irresponsible. Statistically speaking, this is not working out in the pregnant lady's favor. The truth hurts.
