Yall should also definitely check out &team's performance videos/dsnce practices if you are interested in their choreography. &team are amazing dancers and always have fantastic choreo!!
Yes there is deeper lore! They are werewolves and there is a webtoon that goes into more detail. This mv basically covers them coming together as a pack! If you want to watch the more lore heavy mvs check out Under the skin (specifically the extended version), firework, and war cry. But all of their mvs are great!!!
Their mvs are heavily connected to a lore. They're werewolves in simple words and the pack is going through rough times cause their alpha, the leader of the pack, died. Thank you for reacting to &TEAM 🤍
THEIR WEBTOON STORYLINES AND MVs ARE CONNECTED WITH ENHYPEN AS VAMPIRES AND WEREWOLVES. AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS REACTION VIDEO. THEY ARE REALLY UNDERRATED.
The MV story↓ In the end, under the attack of the evil vampire leader, JiLiGe breathed his last breath before he even had time to see the children he brought up (the last thing he saw before passing away was to entrust the descendants of the werewolf tribe to K (this last words scene is the one at the beginning of Under the skin) May Rain's MV, the plot is this heartbroken scene after the death of Brother JiLiGe, although it is painful but still tried hard to accept it for the sake of the unity of the werewolf tribe. (FUMA, JO, HARUA they be brainwash to attact werewolf tribe that cause JiLiGe hurt badly to die)The brainwashing has been released at this time) But in fact, there are still a lot of knots in between them . This is why in the first half of the MV, they seem to be in the same group, but they are at odds with each other overtly and covertly Quarrels There are many complex looks containing dissatisfaction.…etc In the second half of the MV, the youngest brother (TAKI)also my most beloved brother who lost his family since childhood.seemingly strong, but in fact, he has been secretly missing for JiLiGe who is like a father figure to the three brothers(NICHOLAS ,EJ,TAKI) (the photo found in the cabinet should be a photo with JiLiGe. The dissatisfaction he(NICHOLS )had been holding back finally broke out, so he rushed forward to fight. (From the perspective of the three brothers, he is the eldest brother, so he will push back when he sees being beaten) It turned into a conflict between everyone The reason why he(k) came out to break up the fight in the end was because in the comics because he(k) has a special status among the werewolves and was entrusted by JiLiGe before his death, he finally decided to take on the responsibility of uniting the remaining werewolves to fight against the bad vampires. The end of the DARK MOON Gray City chapter is to take the necklace ( The wolf fang necklace worn in War Cry also appears as a logo at the end of each MV. This necklace has a special meaning (see the comics for details) and became the leader of the remaining werewolf tribe (9 people) At the end of the comic, this new group that was once scattered all over the place and had its own past (all of them were orphans left behind after the bad vampires killed all the werewolves) had conflicts but finally resolved their differences. (The new family) left Gray City, the place of sadness (the town that JiLiGe brought him to at the beginning of the story was also the place where he grew up and the place where JiLiGe was eternally buried) and set out to find the next place to stay and start the story of the werewolves. new chapter (The scene of everyone taking a group photo and running around laughing in Maybe's MV should be a metaphor for the "members" in the story) So far, this is the plot of the gray city chapter in the DARK MOON series (the story takes place in the Moon Shrine of the same series) Twenty years ago in the story line of Senior Brother En Hibon, but werewolves and vampires age much slower than humans, so they have always looked like high school students. At present, the official comics only appear in the Enting part until the Gray City chapter is completed ( the first season?) Although the second season has not yet been released, the chapter title is based on the title used in the cooperation with Momentica announced in January this year. It is speculated that the title of the second season may be "Green Eyed Monster" (in the MV of War Cry) In the last scene when the nine wolves squat down and their eyes glow, the light in their eyes is green)
thank you for the reaction! I really believe they deserve much more attention. Their songs are just too good. The story of this song has something to do with the group's lore. It would be too convoluted to explain it all though 😂 it would be too much info. You can say the closest song that connects to the story of this one is their debut song, Under The Skin.
Congrats on your first &Team MV~! If you see the Dark Moon wolf at the end, it's part of the lore 😁 Please do continue checking them out~ For this comeback, Samidare is released along with 2 bsides, Scar to Scar and Maybe (this also has an official track video)
This comment is originally by @colive2628. Just wanted to share as it’s a good explanation! ☺️ The MVs are related to the &Team lore. Giri was their former leader of the debut MV. This is basically a continuation of that, showing them grief. In their storyline, they come from different packs and it was Giri who brought them together. Now that he's gone, there's a lot of infighting. The mv's setting is after the loss of Giri, a parental figure to Taki, Nicholas and EJ. The reason Fuma and Jo get such angry reactions from EJ and Nicholas is because Harua, Fuma, and Jo were part of the reason Giri died, even though it wasn't their fault what happened. For K, Giri was a very important person, he was more of a mentor and also looked out for K, but Giri wasn't exactly a father figure nor were they as close as Giri was to Taki, Nicholas and EJ. Giri passed leadership to K, so we also see K feeling guilty, lonely and sad, as well as also trying his best to stop the group from fighting and also trying to lead them. K, in accordance with Giri's wishes, brings the boys together and makes peace with the guilt and does his best to truly see that it wasn't Fuma, Jo and Harua's fault that Giri died. Taki wishes them to be happy together as he looks at the old photo. Fuma accidentally bumps into Taki causing him to scatter his things including the photo (precious memory). Nicholas, who is Taki's brother in this story, gets angry and punches Fuma. In the end, the sakura petals, symbolizing Giri, fall on them, giving them hope and a sign to move forward. It's a typical struggle of a found family.
