I always love seeing Jxdns interviews. Most artists it feels like they just repeat themselves & they see the interviews as the unfortunate part of the job. Jxdn actually seems like he enjoys every interview he does & feels genuine. It bewilders me when the music reviewers of TH-cam, etc. say things like 'he's just an MGK knock off, he's a rich TikToker what does he know about pain & suffering, I don't buy anything he's saying in his songs, he seems fake, etc.' When I saw the video of him performing his cover of Drivers License in 2021, I knew he had he had something other people coming from TikTok trying to be artists didn't have. I admit that his 1st album felt more like he was inspired by MGK than genuine to himself. But he's done a lot of good, even great songs at this point too. I truly think a few albums from now he's going to release something great. Something that will eventually be listed among My Chemical Romances The Black Parade, Blink-182s Untitled, Neck Deeps Life's Not Out To Get You, AFIs DecemberUnderground, Mayday Parades A Lesson In Romantics, Spanish Love Songs Brave Faces Everyone, Brand News Deja Entendu, Modern Baseballs debut, etc. Seems insane now but watch his cover of Drivers License, Friends With Benefits, Tell Me About Tomorrows title track, & Comatose I think you'll see where I'm coming from.
Also!!!! This interview is giving “hot ones” vibes. The man did his research! Pulls out the most random gems to pick his subject’s brain. It’s very engaging, what’s not to love about this interview 🥰

I met him on his tell me about tomorrow tour and he is literally the sweetest human ever. He spreads love and kindness everywhere he goes and all the time.
