Water does dehydrate you because it flushes out the electrolytes from the body such as sodium and potassium. Mineral water is okay though, so is bone broth.

I was vegan and he changed my mind, the same vegan diet changed my diet, weight loss is not healthy as overweight, if you are vegan and your weight is underweight something is wrong, I weight 80kg and droped down to 70 when I went vegan, and I ate much more as a vegan...
