Jesus never said to anyone, "Tell Me what you don't want". This is a teaching on Unanswered prayer and asking in prayer for what Jesus has already provided but we have not been experiencing it. Ask Jesus to rewrite your prayers if you are telling Him what you don't want, He will instruct you and teach you in praying for those things He desires to give you. He knows our needs and know how to meet them
