go to my workshop sony series 32v400a with 8X blinking damage after checking from the first stage until the second stage of damage is found in the ic doen step 1.2v and 1.8v because I don't have the ic switch I have to use step down outside and set up on the settings the first 1.2v and stwp down to 2 in setting at 1.8 v finish installation finally the TV returns to normal picture perfect
