    That was fascinating to see Helen working with this new goshawk named Lupine. I was hoping that she would say something about the size of Lupine because that has to be the most striking difference between Lupine and Mabel. Mabel was about 2 lbs flying weight while Lupine is 2 lbs 8 ozs!! That is a big goshawk. That will be a striking bird indeed when it is wearing adult plumage.

    I have a large female finn goshawk "Octavia". She is magnificent Was the only hawk/accipter I wanted. Once I passed all my training/exams to become a falconer across the pond.

    Hi mam I'm from India am interested in falconry I'm already have one sparrow hawk. Who many days a hawk learn our training.

    Psychopathic killer impulses cannot legally or morally express themselves freely. Maybe the goshawk is a substitute, an alter ego through which these impulses can find an outlet.
    Cooper's hawks and sharp-shinned hawks are closely related and very similar to goshawks. They share the freakishly aggressive temperament and behaviors.
