Yes, my music is 100% copyright free so you can use it in ANY creative project, just credit me "music by Karl Casey @ White Bat Audio". What you CANNOT do is take my music and redistribute it as a product.

3. Can I record vocals on your music and upload to Spotify, Apple Music etc.?
No.
4. Can I use your music in videos/projects that are monetized?
Yes.
5. Why did I get a copyright claim when using your music?
It is either something else in your video, FB or Twitch being stupid and overly sensitive with their copyright detection software, or someone is making a fraudulent copyright claim on my music. I like many of your tracks, but Arcadia a little bit more. I don't know why it moves me in more particular ways - art is, after all, paradoxically both a collective and a very personal affair - but it does. As a GenX:er who was a kid in the 80s, this connotes whole worlds.
There's also something else I wanted to tell you: There is power in sharing your work for free. It's an *artistic*, ideological stance. It's defiance of all the mediocre banality of doing the same thing as everyone else for a few (or more; it doesn't matter) bucks. Just look at all the idiots on TH-cam and the internet, basically selling themselves. Your art has value and the way you display it does justice to that value. I'm sure you have moments of doubt, as well as moments of just feeling fed up with the way the world rewards mediocrity. Just remember, your art touches people (one or ten, a hundred or a million, it doesn't matter). That's already far, far more meaningful than any frivolously ridiculous reaction video with a million views.
