Great update, lots going on in your shop, top notch and very impressive...Viewers this is the place to go if you demand personal attention, quality, and perfection...Have a Great Christmas and New Years Dave, Michelle, and family!
This place is Trans Am Heaven! I like the build with the all aluminum Pontiac motor. I like when people stay true to the brand! Not a fan of LS swapping. Pontiac power!!!!!!
Such an incredible shop and these updates are absolutely AWESOME. Dudes around the world are setting aside thousands with big dreams to come visit and get your team's expertise on!
I've been watching this shop for many years. Hopefully I'll be in a position to bring my 1979 WS6 T-Top 4spd 400 from North Carolina to you guys.... it would absolutely be a dream come true. Restoration has been on hold for 22 years 😳
Very enjoyable tour! Great projects. I can relate to some of them. I have several 79 TA's, one is even Nocturne blue with deluxe blue hobnail/lombardy. And I have a white 67 Impala Super Sport fastback, so it was good to see one in your shop. Will be watching the progress.
Great Shop review. Great attention to detail on all of the cars . Looks like a fantastic shop for detail work. I might have to add a Trans Am to my car collection. Merry Christmas to everyone at Restore a Muscle . Matt from RI
$$$$ you make anything on this earth happen!! the trans looked nice and all three is black I had a friend back in the day 77 burgundy color trans man liked that car. His family had a $$$. I just enjoyed the ride .
In a parallel universe the ‘74 Olds Cutlass S I had in ‘86 would be getting your special treatment. Love that ‘75!!!! Whatever is decided will be awesome, I bet!!!!
How do you do a frame off on a car that doesn't have a frame it's a unibody and I understand these cars have subframes and I do understand what nut and bolt restoration means but it can't possibly be frame off
What's the ballpark average cost for a frame off? I've got a 1977 FORMULA clone that started as a Base model, swapped the Buick V6 for a Frankenmotor Chevy 350 bored .30 over with a 4bbl Edelbrock. It needs typical rear quarters and some floor pan work. I'm just west of you in Cheyenne.
Awesome to have an all “Pontiac” aluminum block engine…but if it has zero Pontiac parts is really a Pontiac ? This was said by a guy I met with a built 540 Chevy BB in his Trans Am…I didn’t have a response.

Hi Dave, Matter of interest really, whatever happened to the Trans Am Dennis Collins collected for you, that was in a house fire .
They are on hold. The owners are waiting they have cars to temporarily drive. We will post if of when we do work on them
