    Nice Bikes. Ordered my 2022 390rrs in March. Picked it up from Franks Bikes in Bellevue Wa in July. I love the bike. Dropped front sprocket down to a 13 tooth. It really became a torque monster.

    Love the 390. Great torque and mid range. Loves to climb! A little slower revving and a touch less nimble than the 350 with more bottom>mid and less top end. Both are excellent. I have a 390 as does one of my friends. Very confidence inspiring on the “uh oh” Climbs.

      Is the difference realy that much? i do not like 450 bikes, had years ago a 350 Hva, was considering a 500 but only the ktm has a stroked engine and is light, and expensive used. As i do not like nervous type engines, it seems the 390 is the bike to try?

      @@3SeasRecreation How about a quick video on 4t service schedule? I am biased towards the 390. But do you think a top end refresh is needed at 100hrs or 150hrs Other than oil changes what are you recommending for customers service?

    Don't mean to bug ya, but 2021 500rrs..I removed the charcoal canister, do I need to worry about a dealer stepper adjustment ?...

    Weirdly enough I can’t get my sun mode and wet mode to switch back and forth .. just Sun mode on.. or off … no rain mode light …

    • @3SeasRecreation
      @3SeasRecreation  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good Morning, that is rather odd... you might have to try another switch to see if something is stuck internally. I have not seen that happen yet! If you resolve it please leave a comment and let me know what you find! Enjoy the ride, Jared

      @@3SeasRecreation it’s a new 23 with 14 miles.. I just took to my local shop for repairs. Only had it for one day. I’m like … should I have got a ktm haha 😂 hopefully Beta will have a quick fix. I’ll keep you updated. Hoping to buy some parts online from you guys. Also, have you tried the Graves exhaust on the 390?

    because of the fuel line be longer I get no fuel at the train tracks my friends was behind one stop, but the third guy couldn’t not stop and collided on second guy they blame me for the crash , I said my bike get no gas and they look and my tank was half full sucks .

    • @3SeasRecreation
      @3SeasRecreation  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good evening, that is very high in the tank to run out of gas. Depending on the year/ miles on the bike I would recommend trying a new fuel filter. Enjoy the ride, Jared

    • @Vanderkitten

      Have you removed the green cap on the underside of the gas cap? Also, your bike has a brake light if it’s a beta… sounds like your buddies don’t look far enough ahead.

    I thought Traction Control is nuisance for off-road ride?

    • @3SeasRecreation
      @3SeasRecreation  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Good Evening, yes it is rather odd to see it on off-road bikes. I hope to get more time on a model with it to learn what the benefits are. The good news is that it is NOT always on, the rider has to switch it on. Enjoy the ride, Jared

    • @3SeasRecreation
      @3SeasRecreation  ปีที่แล้ว

      Good Morning and good question! The 350 revs a bit faster and I enjoy that the bike climbs into the power faster. I had built a 390 for the channel but it sold so fast we didn't get a chance to really ride it. Enjoy the ride, Jared

      @3SeasRecreation what can you say about 430 vs 350

  • @tieoneon1614
    @tieoneon1614 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    So hard to find a 350 RRS last few years. Unless u strictly dual sport, the 350 is WAY better offroad and single track than the 390. Iv ridden both, older and newer models at Demo's. It feels lighter, smoother, less engine braking / more flowy, and when u open it up it really revs and can stretch a gear. To me the 390 always reminds me of a DRZ in the woods.

    • @Bt26x
      @Bt26x 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks man for that review! I just sold my 350 exc but was entertaining the 390 over the 350 but I don’t know which one would be better for north Georgia single track + back roads to get to the trails.. Anymore thoughts? Are they not the same bike but just a bigger jug/etc?

    • @tieoneon1614
      @tieoneon1614 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Bt26x Im pretty sure the 350/390 and 430/500 are same engine, just longer stroke on the bigger ones. Giving them either rev or grunt characteristics. I was working down in GA and noticed that northern area was really nice. Depends what u ride more? The 390 felt choppy low rpm, the 350 was smoother. The 390 is more popular dual sport cuz it feels more powerful cuz of the torque.

    • @Bt26x
      @Bt26x 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tieoneon1614 Thanks man. I ride mainly off-road, just now that I’m older I like having a tag so that I can legally ride places. Plus I like to be able to ride to the trails if they are within a reasonable distance instead of loading up. I’m not a fan of riding dirt bikes on the street because I set mine up strictly for off-road so it’s not the most comfortable for long rides. The seat concepts seat is always a really good upgrade and helps with those long legs on the tarmac. Thanks for your input, I definitely like smoother off-road and the 350 did fine for my application I was just curious if you’re a little more power might be a good thing.

      @@Bt26x I use to ride small dual sports, then started strictly offroad and single track. Currently on a KDX and sick of constantly modding, carb's, too extreme set up to dual sport. Im going back to a KLX or WRR for the dual sport factor and now I have a way better riding skillset. Yeah, the Beta or a FE would be great tired of shelling out $ too LOL>

    • @russpaton8877
      @russpaton8877 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's exactly why I LOVE the 390 lol. Each their own. I adventure ride and explore as much as riding single track and I love the engine breaking and the low grunt uphill but here in BC its all steep hills.
