Keeme ki Kachori Recipe - कीमे की कचोरी की सरल विधि

Ingredients -
mutton minced 1/2 kg
split Bengal gram 250gm
garlic cloves 15-16
coriander seeds 1 tsp
black cardamom 1
red chilli 15-16
salt to taste
garam masala 1/4 tsp
chat masala 1/4 tsp
coriander leaves 2 fist
For dough-
flour & wheat flour quantity should be equal and water as needed
