What is your Kwanini? || The story behind Pemba's iconic tourism culture

We came for a hotel video and left with one of the most inspirational community projects we have come across. The Kwanini foundation is a critical organization to preserve underwater resources and cultural identity, as Pemba attracts a lot more tourism interests in the Indian Ocean.
The underwater room was the icing on the experiential cake but really, this video is testament to the incredible people on the ground who make sure Manta and the whole island are on a class of their own!
