Lancelin, Western Australia

There are some stunning islands close to Perth. Lancelin and Edwards Island are islands in Western Australia near Lancelin.The Lancelin Island is situated 600m from the mainland. It's made from limestone and is linked to Edwards Island by shallow reef platforms. Both islands are listed as A Class nature reserves. The sand dune system is about 2 kilometres long, great for sand boarding and lies directly inland from the Lancelin Township. The surrounding beaches are beautiful.
