Vikings International Buffet SM Mall of Asia Esplanade Pasay City. The original Vikings International Buffet at Mall of Asia Esplanade. Vikings is one of the best mid tier international buffets in Manila and the Mall of Asia branch was their first, with a few more at SM Malls around the country. The newest branch will be opening at the new SM Megamall Mega Fashion Hall in Mandaluyong. You will have a selection of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Italian and other International dishes with cold appetizers, salads and carving dishes. Highlights of the buffet are the Roast Lamb Leg moist and tender with mint, chimichurri or truffle gravy sauce, and unbelievably crispy lechon belly which has been marinated for 2 hours in fish sauce, salt and pepper, and milk before being roasted in the oven for another 2 hours - ecstasy in each bite! :-). Also Lump fish caviar, fresh oysters, decent tempura and steamed shrimps and end your meal with Green Tea and a selection of Big Scoop ice cream - avocado, green tea and cookies and cream! If its your birthday its free, just have to pay for your guests! Vikings serves a lunch buffet and dinner buffet daily.

Im planning to take my children in this buffet when i go for vacation next year, thanks for featuring mall of asia north. Im husband is so
amazed how big is that mall, he used to walk around there and eat in korean restaurant, now there is a lot more to choose including my favorite tonyang, i used to go quezon city before.
