I was a bit wild to take off at this day but later it was magical flying over this little rock. I even got this flow feeling while trying to stay in this small upwind and make as much hight as possible. I landed even after 6pm and it was almost dark. So enjoy your new stay in this beautiful country and have a great new year with save and funny flights! Hope to see more on this great channel... That progression phase of learning to ground handle and then working your way higher and higher up the hill and finally soaring...THAT is the most fun time in the sport! Enjoy it! Take your time! I wish I could go back and experience it all over again

Great ! Very good, congratulations on her evolution, it's going well. This terrain helps a lot. I need a place like this. I'm Brazilian from Rio de Janeiro and I love these videos. I'm following you and learning new techniques. I already do some flights with the zefira (apco) sail. I know it is a candle c, and I just left a candle dhv 1-2, I must be careful, but I still know her.

I had a front stall crash yesterday behind a dune (got lifted up and couldn ´t fly back against the wind) behause of my own stupidity: I used the wrong (too big) wing/no speed system . I won ´t make that mistake again. Fortunately nothing serious happened. My Question: what size is the Epic (my Weight is about 77kg) and does Gemma never uses the speed system? Thank You, Martin, Northsea Coast
Hi Martin, glad to know that despite a serious accident you are alright! The Epic we were flying is the S size and I think Gemma did have the speed system connected and ready to use if needed.

How long will you be living there? I might come next spring for a few days and practice fun flying 😃
Until further notice at the moment. We playing with the idea of running some workshops or meets in spring too :) Doing the research needed for it now

Should get rid of that habit of jumping and sitting into the harness too early. A lot of broken backs have happened that way.
