Consistency is everything in cs. You can't be changing mouse just before a game. The slightest thing can can throw you off and result in lack of confidence and tilt. In a game where every pixel counts and the time to kill is so short changing mouse is crazy. To me it seems like they were having to babysit BOROS and this clip that came out is the culmination of lots of built up frustration with his attitude and the mouse issue is the cherry on top.
In fairness for that third clip, pistol rounds are a completely different beast from rifling. It's not unusual for the highest rated player on pistol rounds on a team to not be the star player or even the best aimer necessarily. He definitely looks off though.
If your teenage aimer has their mouse skates wear down (which for a precision game like CS is going to ruin your aim), switches to another mouse, and rages - surely the senior members in the team and the org that are supposed to teach him teamplay should be stepping in, calming him down, making sure his skates are replaced for the next day, etc? I get that it's frustrating for Snappi to be in that position, but that doesn't excuse having a big "shit on the kid mid-tournament" circlejerk regardless of whether it gets published online or not? There's little excuse for two of CSGO's great IGLs and the GOAT coach for acting how they did towards a rookie.

But instead he got stuck with boros and Maden. Snappi's comment about winning by a committee was also laughable like wtf? I think every player regardless of faceit level understands that a guy who's much better at playing the game can win you games outright if you just let him do his thing and give him support. How does snappi or zonic they are gonna win by committee when they play with the likes of device zywoo spinx prime dupreeh (zonic) and nertz prime sunpayus (snappi). boros had potential at least, probably given time they could've worked with him to fix his disclipine issues but the roster wasn't even together for 3 months and they played 3 tournaments before kicking him out replacing him with dupreeh. Like this roster is just terrible, bunch of old out of prime paycheck stealers essentially.
Yeah that’s an interesting angle. Zonic probably thought he was going to get to build a top lineup with a superstar, good igl, and other solid role players. Instead he showed up to this. Not to say that their roster is totally non-redeemable, but pieces need to change. It’s funny that now Zonic is back to playing with Magisk and Dupreeh again after just leaving a team with better pieces AND those same two Astralis alumni.
BOROS ceiling is actually so low. Even with his aim talent he's not gonna win you more than one map by himself at a prestige LAN or major. He simply doesn't have the brain to be playing in a major contending team long term.
@@LookerCS Magisk joined falcons on December 16 the last player on the team to join. Boros was benched on February 19th. 63 days, 5 days minus for spring groups, 8 days for katowice, and 3 for RMR. Thats 47 days Boros was on this roster that Falcons had to play together with. JL and Blade talked about the duration to talk about how long their roster would take to perform, and they said 6 months. So a tier 1 from the bottom will take about that time before they start to be good if they start from complete scratch like Navi did. Falcons didn't even give 2 to Boros before benching him and the worst part was they benched him to bring in Dupreeh. Why not get another young up and coming rifler and throw him a bone? They also potentially could've bought s1mple but CHOSE to get dupreeh. Now we saw the result in Esl Pro League. That's why I call them old paycheck stealers, they definitely don't care otherwise they would've actually brought in a player who actually has potential to perform at a top 20/10 level.

Blade and zonic are both detailed coaches who know what they want and because of that they are patient and generous with the time they need to work with their rosters, but if blade was in falcons boros would be out even sooner. These guys don’t tolerate the behavior that he showed, they are on a different plane and level of professionalism and seriousness. If blade expected his current roster to be ready in 6 months, how long do you think his expectations would be to function with a player like BOROS in his team? 2 years? Remember, he hand picked all his players too. BOROS was chosen by nobody

Worst part is that he flagrantly made it clear that he didn't care, or wasn't trying to learn from his elders like Zonic and Snappi, which makes it a million times worse.

Why was the Falcons video digging so deep into the mouse problem when the issue is that Boros is clogging comms lol? They shouldn’t have uploaded that discussion but if they were then they should have at least asked the players involved why
If it's a repeated pattern of behaviour I can see why they'd kick him Snappi did say they talked to him once about the mouse issue and he didn't listen, maybe this was the case for the comms problem as well
