Are the placements same for both Mtech CSE - AI and IOT? Do same comapnies visit for both specialization as they are both part of mtech CSE? Please reply

Sir, My son has a score 711, CSE general category. Can he get IIT BHU?
Sorry to say, but this year 711 score have around 820-830 rank, but iit bhu have cutoff of 550 rank.
