Thanks for taking us along for the ride. Along with all the other excellent points this bike has is the ease of maintenance which can all be done with basic tools by the owner. Especially the valve adjustments that are screw and lock nut. A real bonus in these days of increasing bike shop costs , I appreciate the have overheads to cover , but total cost of ownership is a purchasing factor also. Having ridden one myself this bike is on my short list for a new machine. Cheers
Beautiful Country side yea a beautiful bike That after 30 years I got back into riding and my purchase is the Royal Enfield interceptor 650 its a fun easy going smooth ride and you can easily make it your own witch I have done I have done 9000 klm's with no issues except a lose battery terminals which made the instruments go blank and hay wire but all ok now longest ride I have done is 330 klm's in a day wouldn't do that to often a bit small a bike for that kind of distance but ok if you break it up with stops and lower speed riding excellent bike around town oh and before I forget it loves twistys. Anyway good blogging nice work 👍 73s from Western Australia Rockingham
thanks mate, i think a 650cc is fine for long distance, some of my trips on my 650 strom are 750+ km in a day but if i had the intercepter i would change the seat to a touring seat i think as the original was a bit plankish. check out my review of the interceptor!
