Manoj Meena and Shibam Das met at IIT Bombay, and after failing multiple times at entrepreneurship, decided to come
together to build something.
They released that the ceiling fans market in India is huge and it had not seen any disruption in the last 50 years.
And so Atomberg came up with these power-efficient and tech-enabled fans. In the beginning, customers were hesitant to buy it but businesses loved it as electricity was a significant cost for them.
After seeing success in the B2B market, Atmoberg also started selling directly to customers. They are growing 100% year-on-year currently, with a revenue projection of 1000 Crores in the ongoing year.

I have replaced every fan in my house with Atomberg last year. At first I'm really hesitate but the electricity bill says otherwise. It's really worth it.

@@personalviews6950fan plays a vital role in electricity bill. In my home we don't use fan or have minimal usage in winters while in summer fans are used for almost 24 hrs that to at full speed. Thus there is a significant difference in the bill during winters and summers. Atleast 50% increase in bill during summer compared to winter

Have 3 of them. Two benefits:
1. They don’t slow down on low voltage, something that’s a problem in my area.
2. They last much longer on inverter

Atomberg is the pioneer in BLDC Ceiling fans which gave the idea for its competition..
They copied superfan , not pioneers
Superfan is a company from my city Coimbatore
Wait what... Superfan is the Pioneer of BLDC technology in ceiling fans but wasn't great at marketing and so Atomberg took the idea slapped some iot in it(which too after their few successful normal models) and done a great advertising... But comparing the design and performance Superfan is the Best and expensive as well...
Yupe, it's very efficient in terms of electricity saving without compromising performance.

@@nid4u nope, earlier these were available at specific distributors and Amazon only. I came to know about these kind of fans with BLDC motor during an nearby exhibition and after verification of all claim I decided to bet on it.

I replaced all my houses 7 fans to atomberg like 2 years ago. They are running fine apart from starting noise sometimes. Best investment ever as my old fans were running 24*7 most of the time

I have been using the Atomberg 9 ceiling fan for the last 2 years without any complaints.
I bought atomberg fan online. My local electrician was unable to install it and told me that it was a defective product. I tried to return it on the site I bought, but I already crossed the return date. As a last resort, I filled a complaint on the website. I was not expecting any reply but to my surprise a technician came within 2 days and installed it without any extra cost. I am completely surprised and satisfied with their customer support.
They better grow as a company, simply growing in sales is not enough in the long run

You can still use the fan in normal switch button ways
You cannot use the fan in normal switch button mode. I faced problems with remote and with some difficulty I had the company replace my remote. But many other people don't have that much patience.
Just switch on and off multiple times it will work without remote

Started with 3 cheaper atomberg *efficio* during june 2020 lockdown... On good response bought 5 premium version Atomberg Renessa+ in September 2020.
oh yes 1 stand fan too... But only stand fan was not good.. The ceiling fans are AWESOME for my inverter

Using since 2years all 6 fans in my home are of Atomberg, they are energy efficient, Bdlc motor, 3yrs of warranty for Renesa and higher models, comes with remote which is very helpful for elder ones to operate.
They also have fantastic service. My motor once making noise and they just directly send me new motor for my fan. Great product with great service

Yes I have for our kitchen as it used to get very hot for my Maa to work in kitchen and due to their small fan size it helped us try them and it helped her a lot. She loved the fan

We have tried this fan , it's has passed above 2 Yrs.It's energy efficient and running in normal speed in low voltage
Bought it's product for mere 1500 five years ago. Zero issues till date. Only the remote malfunctions. That can be taken care by a spare phone as remote.
Not to mention it is 18W compare it to 72 W fans and imagine

This is a story of a start-up that has made a useful consumer product. I have 5 fans. 3 in Bedrooms. 2 in Hall. Main feature is the Remote. You can Switch it on/ off from your seat/bed. I have atomberg fan in my house. I recently built the 1st floor in my house and chose to go with this fan. Works fine, also it is made of same tech as in drope motors. While buying electrical parts for my house I searched for BLDC tech for fans just as a guess and found them in Amazon. Brilliant experience I must say
I recently bought 3 of their fans. 1 is alexa enabled which is a big help. The silent working fo these fans is a plus and also the efficiency wrt energy saving is tbeir biggest advantage.

Using it from last 3 years.. Not a single issue. Dropped the fan remote in water by mistake. Used hair dryer to dry it and it is working solid. Referred friends too.
I have 4 fans in my house their pros are 1) higher fan speeds than most other companies even beats my havells regalia 2) cheap compared to other companies 3) electricity consumption is lower 4) just one remote can control every fan in the house
We have used Atomberg fans in our new house and are very much satisfied with it. The one in my room is even wifi enabled and I can control it through remote/phone.
The biggest advantage would be the power consumption. These fans consume less power when used at lower speeds, this helps in reducing power bills.
For a city like Bangalore where it can get cold very quickly and early mornings are very cold, the remote control for fans are a life saver ! Have 5 such fans and best decision ever

I am using Fan and Mixture of Atomberg. Their designs still have flaws .but customer service is at par. So you can easily buy it with confidence of 3 years warranty on fan. And yes I am saving electricity with 3 fans and ROI is 2.5 years for 3 fans bought at 2700rs per fan from Amazon deal. After 2.5 years will be free from invested amount and will continue to save till fan lasts

Using the fan from 2016. One of the energy efficient product I have bought.
I have 4 fans running of atomberg and have reduced my bill to a great extent. The fans consume only 35W of energy compared to 70W for traditional fans. 😮
Also no slowing down even when the voltage is low or is running on inverter or even if it gets old. I have these fans for more than 3yrs and they are as good as new. Now other companies have started doing the same thing.

I have. But now just a fan isn't enough. Most of the summer the AC is on with the fan so the savings are negligible. But it's a cool product, remote enabled fan...
They have great customer service too, one of the bought fan's motor was not working properly they completely sent a new one and didn't even take the old one no questions were asked too

I got to use Atomberg fans at my friend's house. He had similar fans at his home but none of them supported Mi Remote feature that I had. I believe Atomberg is doing a good job in bringing Tech and Efficiency together
Customer service is excellent of atomberg fans. I have changed every fan of my house with new one and the old one also they didn't take.
There is no Indian tech here. The app is from tuya. Not sure what is the value a Indian company brings, if it cant even make the smart tech your self . This is basically a trader mind set in India
