Lovely makes. Baby garlic is adorable and your patchwork roll. Ive been watching Kate at the Last Homely House for a long time. She is lovely as are her beautiful makes too, well worth a watch. Love you both xx
Hi Karen, thank you! I've subscribed & I will watch more of her videos when I can. She makes lovely things 🌸🌷🌼Thank you for watching 😊 xx
Lovely as always I love Garlic girl, she has been busy!!! A mummy now!!!
If the patterns don’t iron on you can trace them on by holding against the window or a light box and use a heat erasable pen or a pencil.
The Liberty bag is gorgeous xx
Ahh that’s a good idea thank you 😊 I haven’t tried them yet, I’m hoping they will be ok but it’s handy to have an alternative Thank you for watching xx
Your podcast today was so entertaining - so many stories that have made me smile ! I have thoroughly enjoyed catching up with you!
Aloha from Hawaii 🌴 Enjoyed tbe video. I loved all the colors on the bag. Well done!
Oh this episode is packed! Ive watched twice! 😅 I laughed and laughed at the beach characters. Wheelbarrow Man "I don't think he was lost on the way to the allotments" and Nudie Man "airing his bits" So funny 🤣🤣
Meantime, i think Clover ended up with the surf dudes after the disco. She was chillin on the beach all night and watched the dawn break with SHANE !! 😳
🧄👶 is brilliant! Maybe Buddy? look forward to all the name suggestions!
I am totally vintage and love those mags, they were published for decades!! (1928-1970) Ooh the sealife transfers! 💙 Remember to photocopy them 👍🏻
All your embroidery, fabric and scrap patchwork roll are terrific!
Ps I'm intrigued to see hubby now 🏄♂️🌊
Hi Rowan 👋 I was waiting for you to suggest I make sewn versions of the beach people 😂😂😂 I think we will know if Shane's the dad if baby garlic grows the same hair 😂 Thank for saying photocopy the transfers I didn't even think of that 🙄 I might add a photo of Neil in a future episode not sure he will make an actual appearance though I would love it if he did. Thank you for watching .... twice, have a lovely week see you next time xx
@@LillyandTheBee Sprout would be a good name too! Poor Neil, I'm sure he wouldn't want to appear 😬 and, obviously, home and personal life are private 😊👌
Ps. I found my chap in Farmer's Weekly!
😂 it's true!! 🤣🤣🤣
@@rowanhughes8682 Farmer’s weekly awe I think that’s so cool!! ❤❤ xx
Nugget? Chip? Sprout? Those are my suggestions for a baby clove. I'm sure you'll come up with the perfect name!
The bag roll up is beautiful. What a fun shape too.
Seriously? Noodie man? That is hilarious! And a wheelbarrow man.😆😆 while I don't live near the sea, I have to think I would probably never see a nude person, except maybe on a beach in California(🤔). A wheelbarrow would be more likely. Heck, I'd need a wheelbarrow picking up rocks. For sure my pockets would be full.
Thanks for sharing. I enjoy your stories and all the fun projects you make. See you next time.
Hi Karen, thank you 😊 He is the only nudey man we see, an unusual sight when beach combing for sure 🤣🤣 I would be the same with a wheelbarrow full of bricks and fallen down tree parts. I'm bad enough as it is with a backpack full! I'm glad you enjoy watching. Thank you for leaving a comment 😊xx
Love your sewing pouch, I have watched Kate at the Last Homely House for over four years now. During the first lockdown she did a video every day - can you imagine that?! Anyway this was another relaxing watch, your embroideries are so pretty. By the way, 1955 doesn’t seem quite so long ago to me!!
Hi joy, thank you! I cannot imagine making videos everyday, it takes me ages, I need to catch up on more of Kate’s videos. She makes some lovely things. Thank you so much for watching, take care 😊 xx
Hi love hearing the story about the interesting people on the beach 😂😂xx lovely your new garlic clove baby very sweet xx also it’s nice to know how you and your husband met I know it’s noisy but I find it interesting how people get together. I have been with my husband since we were 15 we met at school x
Hi Julie, I think it’s nice to know how people met too ( I’m nosy as well I guess) 😂 That’s lovely that you met your husband at school 🥰 thank you for watching xx
I think I too may have seen the same seal on the beach just a tad down along the coast from where you saw him, oh boy was it windy on Saturday 😉 making it hard work on the shingle 🥴 x
Hi lovely to see you, I love my bag I always use it, just the right size for me, I might have to purchase another one soon xx
Hi Emma I’m so glad you’re pleased with your bag 🌸 Thank you for watching 😊 xx
Your bag turned out beautiful. I’m always looking for ingenious ways to use up scrap fabric…..I’ll bear this one in mind. I bought the peacock peg bag from you, and I just wanted to tell you that I love it! I’m already using it. I love the little extra touches on the bag, plus, it’s beautifully sewn. The fabrics you used are lush!
Hi Marion, 😀 I’m so glad you’re pleased with it, I wish I had more of that fabric but it’s all gone I really like it too 😊 thank you for watching ( & buying the peg bag) 🦚 xx
You’re welcome and I enjoy watching. I love your quirky people and the little clove of garlic is just darling. Very clever of you to come up with that addition.
Lovely makes again i can't decide what i like best 😊, I also love the necklace you are wearing would you consider making jewelry with the seaglass. 😍
Hi, thank you 😊 I have made a few pieces of jewellery before, but not recently. Thank you for watching 😊 xx
Love all the liberty. Can I ask where you bought yours from. The bird print is lovely. Little garlic baby is cute.
Hi I bought some from Etsy shop The Sewing Hutch, and some from Wool Warehouse which is where the birds print is from 😊 xx
I just hope wheel barrow man doesn’t grab hold of noodie man by the ankles and mistake him for a wheel barrow.xxx🐝🐝
@@rowanhughes8682 well I’m glad I made you laugh it’s good for you.xxx🐝🐝🐝
Hi Lily. Lovely to see you. Nice to hear your story. I met my hubby at 6th form. We've been married 34 years this month.
Your embroidery is beautiful. I also like to freestyle. Love the vintage transfers. I'll be falling down a rabbit hole looking out for them.
You'll love the cool crafting shop. You won't come out empty handed. Enjoy the bank holiday. X
Hi Angela, congratulations on your upcoming anniversary 💕 I’m excited about the transfers but making myself finish the cowslips before I try them, I’m nearly there! The book I bought was from eBay and they had a few on there reasonably priced ( sorry I’m encouraging you down the rabbit hole) 😂😂 Have a lovely weekend too ☀️ thanks for watching xx
