Girl, anyone that has 2 babies back to back knows the feeling. I was 18 months postpartum when I got pregnant again and I was terrified. You’ve got this! Seeing them love on each other will make the hard days worth it.
Baby girl seems super excited! I know she’s still super young to actually understand what’s going on, but she’s going to be such a great big sister. 🫶🏻
Shanelle, back in March 2023, I was 38 years old. At the time, I had 3 kids, one of which is in highschool and driving and my youngest was 8. My husband and I were done! Wellllllll, I had NO IDEA I was almost 6 weeks pregnant with our 4th baby. I was totally freaking out when I saw those 2 lines. She has been the biggest surprise and blessing we never knew we needed. God knows what we need. I promise it’s going to be ok. ❤

I definitely know the feeling!! I was 10 months postpartum when I found out I was pregnant again too. I literally balled my eyes out with guilt that my son wasn’t a year old yet. But then I realized that God works in mysterious ways and everything happens for a reason!! You guys got this!! Congratulations

First off Congratulations on Baby #2!! Secondly, I 100% can relate to Your reaction as I had the same finding out with Our second unexpectedly after 12 years of infertility. We ended up getting pregnant and Our 2 Babies are 22 months apart so not that close in age but it was still a HUGE shock but now it's the best ever!!!

Let me tell you something…I am so beyond happy to watch an 11 minute video of you experiencing completely understandable shock at finding out you’re pregnant as oppose to 1/2/3 years worth of vlogs watching you struggle with trying to conceive a second. If you can do it with one, you can do it with two, they will just compliment each other. Will it be hard…maybe, but it’s also hard with just one so what the heck….and none of it will be harder than infertility. The best is yet to be for you 🩵💜💛. @aerosmithgirl13 @ShanelleRenee, my rainbow baby boy, came after 13 years of trying and a few miscarriages. Then my next son came after, and I was terrified about the closeness. The first 8 months were hard because I was postpartum from a c-section, which was traumatizing because I was a candidate to do vbac, then both boys had to be held for 8 months straight. Then, one day, my 2 year old said, "Mommy, my brother is crying, and they have been close ever since. You guys do have this, and God will give you strength. I will be praying for you both. 🧡

Congratulations! You'll do great! My #4 and #5 are 21 months apart and they are the best of friends. They share everything, play together, love to wear matching clothes...it's so sweet and fun. They'll forever have a built in best friend.
It's normal to have mixed emotions. Some day you'll look back on this time and be so grateful it happened the way it did.

Shanelle i fell pregnant with my 2nd daughter 5 months postpartum!! We lived in a little one bed flat so you can imagine the shock. My daughters are 14 months apart and yeah it was a challenge but i enjoyed every second and wouldnt change it 😊 7 years later i had my 3rd daughter and now at 26, 25 and 18 they are all best friends. Its gods plan and he knows just how good a job your doing with Brecklynn so hes blessed you with another sweet child. This is such a honest and raw reaction. I completely understand that 2 under 2 is scary but you are a great mama and I´m sure you are going to handle it very well. I also feel you when it comes to losing the pregnancy weight and finally starting to feel like yourself again. I'm almost 1 year postpartum and still struggling to le lose alll the baby weight.

Girl... sometimes things happen, but I'm so glad that you guys were able to recover and are now happy. But, last year on December 23rd I found out I was pregnant and told our family on the 24th and had my daughter august 9th!! So yay if your a swimmer enjoy swimming because it will be soooo nice to relieve the pressure off your hips! Plus you get all the yummy fruit!

I completely understand you! We found out we were pregnant with identical twins at 5 months postpartum and it was a complete shock! Unfortunately the pregnancy didn’t proceed in the best way possible, but we just trust God’s will and timings!

I am dying at the “damn you sperm” 😂😂 you will be ok I promise you!! I am 27 and we have 5 kids oldest being 8 years old and youngest being almost 5 months! My first two were 18 months apart and they are best friends now they grew up together like twins and I seriously would not change it at all. That was one of my favorite age gaps to be honest

Girl... I had my baby girl on my baby boy's second birthday. Trust me I understand. It may be hard but you got this. Don't worry we all understand. My son is 2 1/2 years old tomorrow and my daughter is 6 months old tomorrow.
Girl I felt the same way when I had my first two back to back I found out at my check up I didn’t have any symptoms at all with my son and I remember crying but like you said god had other plans. So don’t be too hard on yourself for your reaction. We know how you feel.

I felt that !!! I struggled w my first two and had to do medical intervention but my third was bam !!! I was shocked like you !!!!! I felt all the emotions !!!!
I found out I was expecting at 3 months postpartum! I felt all sorts of emotions because I too wanted more time with my newborn her first year! I definitely did not believe it and was in shock for weeks. I honestly thought I had a bad rotisserie chicken that made me sick for a couple days.. not realizing it was nausea from being pregnant! Baby girl #2 due March 20th! Basically Irish twins because Alina was born March 10, 2024. I truly believe god knew I needed these babies.

Congratulations!!! I'm currently pregnant with my first... Unplanned and way toooo soon after we got married. We have been together for 8years before we got married but the plan was to wait 2 years before trying. My first test was positive but it was faint and i though I'm imagining things it's negative. I had to take another test because something didn't feel right and I've never been so hungry in my life waking up odd hours through the night to eat.
Some days i still can't believe it and I'm already 5 month pregnant but still no bump.

No judgment at all!!! ❤ How you feel is totally understandable. First off it’s hard gaining so much weight during pregnancy. Not being where you wanna be weight wise before getting pregnant again can definitely be a bummer BUT don’t think you won’t be just as pretty pregnant again! ❤ As mamas we sacrifice our bodies to be fruitful as God blessed us to be.
