Linger also b4 they separate for eternity they took their marriage vows infront of the elders. Than it was yunxi turn. In the first place shihao was forced, responsibility and out of guilt to yunxi that he made her 3rd wife. You think if qingyi went with shihao or linger didn't went missing would yunxi still hsve a chance. Get the story right brother. Even if u want to consider qingyi marriage fake. Shihao and linger one wasn't fake it's just that no one expect they would separate for so dam long. It was mainly the reason why shihao even reject marrying yunxi at first. Even tho I'm a linger fan at least I know the actual story with no bias and giving misinformation. I have always think yunxi deserve a better guy and shihao don't deserve her at all

They actually did, they even had a kid but this scenario is way later in the series currently can be read in Novel. Spoiler alert, after becoming couple for a few years yun xi life was coming to an end and so was sealed by shi hao in order to preserve her longer life expectancy and this goes the same for yue chan/Qing yi but yun xi is shi hao first wife, then yue chan and then huo ling er which they all had a kid with shi hao but yun xi and shi hao kid… not going to spoil too much
