I first heard this song when i lost my son. There was war all around me. My husband lost his job, my daughter was sick and my pelvic bones were wounded and I was nursing a c section wound. I would cry singing this song. Its been 4 years now. God fought for me every one of the battles and brought healing. First heard this song when my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. I prayed, fasted believing in a miracle unfortunately mom died but just like David when I got the news I took a bath, stopped the fast and accepted the will of God. There was overwhelming peace in my heart knowing mom had gone to a better place. RIP mom
