I feel everybody (mostly fans) really needs to try to understand how score sheets AND deduction sheets work and how scores are collaborative and include factors such as music, execution, energy, team's overall appearance, etc. that can all determine the outcome when it comes to final placements, . Down to the smallest fraction of a point. On day 1 SE got 91.87 while Orange got 95.47; Day 2 SE got 94.54 (with zero deductions) while Orange got 95.22. Orange must have had a higher base score in some area of their routine and therefore, even with deductions, they placed higher than SE. The idea of the curse is silly, I know the numbers and stats make it seem real, but the excitement of cheer is that you NEVER KNOW how the scores will play out until after the performance. That's how competitions work for any sport. Nobody got robbed. Anyways, despite getting 2nd, THIS ROUTINE IS BEAUTIFULLY DONE LADIES.

The short summary of the new rules I read stated that they cannot use original versions of popular songs, but they can use covers of those songs. Plenty of people sing covers of those types of songs.They would also have to get a license from the copyright owners of the cover songs to include them in their cheer mix. Assuming they already did this for all of the songs that are currently in their routine mix, it shouldn't be too difficult. I guess Cheer Extreme is trying to move in a different direction with their routine music : /
You know these girls did very well! Almost had me falling out of my seat! I know when it comes to stunts it's everything, but these girls I feel these stunts where very dangerous, and hardcore executed. It's very hard to nail every move for the whole team and i feel like they where the most synchronized! I'm so obsessed! You're everything! You slay dragons all day queens and don't you forget that! 😍❤
I haven't gotten goosebumps from a SE routine since 2015. love the progression this team has taken to become stronger than ever before. can't wait to see what's in store for this season.

Senior Elite was great on Day 2 but Orange had an overall better weekend when you consider BOTH days!
I think the only thing holding them back in their routine is stunt difficulty :( Everything else is beautiful but stunts just look kinda watered down and too simple for a large senior 5 routine if you ask me
yeah, they have a total of 3.5 twists in their stunt sections, many of which include a high to high tic toc, or a full release low to high tic toc, or maybe that 1.5 around to bow & arrow....Stars have 1 double up. Panthers have a ground up double around, and Orange has the (non-immediate body position) double arounds....double ups are not really a big thing this season.
Stunts are great as always but I'm actually very disappointed in their tumbling. Why are there so many girls just standing in the back of the jump sequence? Not what I would expect from this team, but overall great routine.

The routine changed a bit. Also their tumbling timing is perfect. It's so sad that none of the CEA teams of Level 5 didn't win grand.
