The amount of issues that car has... The suspension is just bad straight from the factory. Interior wise and crash rating wise it's good, but no one keeps Tata or Mahindra vehicles for a long time which speaks a lot, it will be fluctuating from owner to owner once it's sold

Better control is not psychological but real, have been driving nexon since 2021, it definitely provides better grip when taking turn, grip increase when you hold that bended part
Flat bottomed wheels are usually thicker and chunkier and have better grip which means its a feature reserved for a performance oriented vehicle. Sadly, its being stuck on every econo-box today.
