CatDog is definitely one of the top 90s Nickelodeon cartoons ever made! It draws inspiration from classic cat 🐱 and dog 🐶 themed shows like Sylvester and Tweety (Looney Tunes shorts), Tom and Jerry, Pixie and Dixie and Mr. Jinks, Top Cat, Scooby-Doo, Heathcliff, Garfield and Friends, Ren and Stimpy, and 2 Stupid Dogs. Personally, I think Winslow is a much better companion for CatDog than their parents.
