Is it possible to set tactics in advance or to manually control the characters? I don't have the game yet so wouldn't know but it just seems like they are being deliberately r*t*rded and doing things like committing su*c*de or walking straight into the enemies at a blind corner or not retreating when reloading and not waiting for enemies to group up to make most efficient use of shots and wasting shots on a single enemy when a large group is just around a corner and then be stuck reloading and not just camping at a corner keeping distance. Obviously a ranged unit with a long reload should not give up their range advantage and keep distance and set up ambushes, and if necessary retreat back to the next corner while reloading, and preferably attack in volleys so their teammate(s) can attack afterwards whilst they're reloading. Pretty sure if I had manual control I could win every single round with any of the 3 gods every time just by being tactically and strategically smarter, or at least less r*t*rded.
Edit: tempted to actually buy the game just to test if it's possible to either manually control and thereby win all the scenarios that lost in your recent videos or set up preconditions and tactical rules in advance for the same reason.
Edit 2: maybe double or triple the number of enemies and see if the gods can win when being tactically smart, or see how many of each type of enemy it would require to defeat 3 of each god when they are being tactically smart, whether it be by setting "if this then do that" rules, or by manually controlling them.

I don’t control the gods, it’s impossible to make them smarter

@@tabs_gods is it not possible to set preconditions or rules beforehand, or at least position them so they can camp by a corner and hold their position and not advance, and maybe if necessary retreat back to the next corner.

Saw some other guy made a video 3 of each god vs dark peasant and the gods got absolutely destroyed every single time but he never made any more videos trying again with more gods. How many of each god would it actually take to defeat the dark peasant? 10? 25? 50? 100? Though I read people in the comment section saying RIP his PC if he were to try more so maybe the reason he didn't make more videos of gods vs dark peasant was because you would need a liquid nitrogen cooled 4090 or 7900XTX plus a liquid nitrogen cooled R9/i9/Threadripper/Epyc/Xeon to actually try to do so maybe.
Edit: I am tempted to buy the game and try it, I have an overclocked Ryzen 7 and an overclocked RX 6700XT, and I mostly play in Linux with proton but I have windows 10 on a 2nd partition just in case but very rarely use it.

My PC 4090 + i9 13900k 64 gb ram ,the game is poorly optimized, so it’s difficult to do anything large-scale in it

@@tabs_gods I suspected that may be the case considering the comments from other people saying "RIP his PC". Have you kept an eye on another screen on the performance metrics during a scenario? Is it mostly a GPU or CPU issue, or a bit of both? I have a friend with a Threadripper but he mostly does code compilation and CPU is far more important than GPU, could probably borrow his PC for a few hours but no point if it's a GPU issue, he has ridiculous CPU power but only like a slightly over locked 6800XT (pretty much the same as a 3080) if I remember right. If I asked really nicely maybe I could persuade my boss to let me play some of our development servers at night when no one is working (256 core dual-Epyc rack servers).
Still kinda tempted to buy the game and test it, even if my Ryzen 7 and 6700XT and 32GB run at like 2 FPS I still wanna know if 100 gods can kill a dark peasant and I don't have to make a TH-cam video and hear people complaining about the framerate.
Edit: for the record I would never touch Nvidia even if someone offered to pay me to do so because they are actively and maliciously hostile to the open source community and all consumers in general, but I don't really have anything against Intel and they are basically trading blows and swapping places with AMD at each new release BUT are more expensive for basically the exact same performance so I'll stick with AMD on the CPU side as well as being firmly AMD on the GPU side for now. As a Linux/BSD user and developer and open source enthusiast (and contributor) AMD is the only acceptable option for me at this time.
