That drone is pretty amazing. How is the spray pattern affected by the propeller wash or isn't it?? Very cool Nathan. 👍🏻

Hello from a fellow Hillsdale County resident. The drone spraying is great. So much potential. We had quite a bit of tile ditching done up in Adams Twp. back in the late 70's, early 80's. Dale Acker did it for us, he was one of the first guys to use a laser. When I was really little I remember Louie Veneer running a wheel trencher installing clay tile with grade stakes.

That looks to me like it makes a lot more sense to me than driving through a field with a growing c rop in it.

When you said you had to get one of those drones. In my mind I was picturing you with a fleet of those just to see what difference it would make in the field.

That drone is the future weather we like it or not. As technology increases the boom sprayers will slowly die out. Not saying this will be overnight, but it will happen!

One of the other TH-cam Chanel’s I watch is Minorcan Mullet. He has a drone liscences. A ship rolled ove in Brunswick GA a couple of years ago, and he had quite a long series of videos covering the scraping of this ship.

For a spray drone you have to have the same license that spray plane pilots have. That the basic part 107 plus part 137, medical card, etc.

next time, put some contact paper papercliped on the ear leaf. I did 12 rows across the field then looked at the pattern. 2 fhad a few speck, 1 had zero hits. we did have a 7mph cross wind and was 10 ft above canopy. be interested to see what you find ...this was at 2 gal

@15:10 was it 15" beans when you had the white mold trouble? Seems like narrow rows have more WM trouble than wide around here.

Don’t need to give exact numbers but can you say was the price of application compared to Hagie and plane, more then one less then another?

If you buy a drone that size you will definitely need insurance both liability and hull loss/damage and to get that insurance you will need to have your FAA certification.

Right but to fly a spray drone you have to have part 137 and an arieal commercial applicators license.
