    Hi Chris. Sorry to hear about the dust problem with your GR.
    With the price rises of late I think you are better off with a later one.
    I’d be reluctant to spend that kind of money on the originals now.

    It does seem to be an issue with these cameras. You would think by now that given the price of the camera, some kind of sealing could be put in place.

      I agree, maybe they will do something for the GR4; I do feel like they need weather sealing to a point if they want to keep people from just using their phones which do have a degree of protection.

    I use a vacuum and an empty water bottle as a nozzle over the lens, to suck out the dust in my GRD. Takes less than a minute and $0.

      Interesting technique. If it wasn't under warranty I might have tried it although I'm not sure the bigger piece was your typical dust and probably would not have been removed using this technique.

      @ Warranty is great to have. But I've had mine for a while. I was able to remove larger (long) suckers off my Sony Rx100 too. Cheers!
