mch006 I took 1-3 and now 4 and very worth it , CQT has much in the way of instruction skillful teaching with much combined life experience, force on force is the way to go if you want training that with make you familiar with reality

Definitely worth it! Lots of good techniques and skills learned that I can practice afterward.
