I see they make one 48" wide to fit between a truck's wheel wells. I wonder how well that would work on my 48"W x 96"L Harbor Freight trailer? Could be really cool.

You need to do more homework. This guy left out a lot of crucial information. All panels are screwed together and the entire thing is coated with a proprietary truck bed liner type material for added rigidity and inner and outer shell protection. If I remember correctly, the foam is about 3" thick. The manufacturer claims that your body heat is enough to heat the interior in some fairly cool temperatures. It does have vents and some other features, so you may want to visit their website and/or watch some more videos.
