This was by far the best video I've seen from you, absolutely fantastic! You said it, anyone who wants to photograph Sydney, you've done all the hard work for them. Great information on how and where to shoot the city. What an amazing city it is to shoot too, wow! It's like it was designed with photography in mind! Stunning night images all throughout this video Ralph, just blown away by this one! Really enjoyed it! Hope you are doing well and keeping safe!
Love shooting around the Quay! I've never seen a ferry stop there like that! That was some bad luck! Good tip about the focus on when doing reflections - a lot of people don't think of that and focus on the surface of the glass/reflective surface.
It’s such an incredible spot. So keen to return. Yeah that ferry was so random lol thanks so much Adam. That reflection tip is a good one. Always gotta go to Manual. 👍
Really really enjoyed that mate, What a city ! and you really did it justice , some fantastic cityscape images and some more creative images. That Opera House and Bridge are just fantastic pieces of architecture , great watch mate and love the hat !
Thanks so much Lee. Haha the hat - what a stroke of luck lol really appreciate the comment mate. It’s a stunning spot with so many opportunities. I shot the sunrise there too, so that’ll be out soon :)
A few years ago I was fortunate enough to be in Sydney and got to shoot Darling Harbor at night with spectacular results. Where I live, in Chicago, they tend to turn a good portion of the skyscraper and other lights after 10 or 11. I love your tips and creativity!
Handshake: good stuff. Enjoy it and learn some as well. I come to your channel through Shayne Mostyn's channel. You both do an excellent job of keeping everything entertaining.
Hi Thank you for this wonderful share ~ such a nice content ,Great video shared. Keep it up and stay safe, stay connected. Warm greetings from New York.
@@RalphMayhewPhotography It's a great spot especially during Vivid. I'd love to show you next time you are in Sydney. I got a few cool shots there. th-cam.com/video/0uAAvAZ8mx4/w-d-xo.html
Well that’s tricky because how long I shoot for is different to everyone else. And I was filming. But to enjoy it you’d need at least two hours I reckon.

Cheers mate. It’s an epic city. Have you been there?
Have you ever been to Mrs Macquarie's Chair. Great shot of the bridge and opera house in one. Great video.
No I haven’t but I know where you’re talking about. When I was down last in Sydney it was a construction site with no access :(

How long take you to take walk the trails of your photography there

What lens you use 9n tthese photos
Mainly 24-70 f/2.8
Wide lens and zoom would add greatly to your options

Well done 👍
