With Tomura, his world was dark and full of dispair, now that he is the one on top, its his “bright future” he dreamed of.

Man, whenever you give the explanation that how you got the quirk. You should just say that. He was a late Boomer because he wasn't strong enough to handle this quirk. So he couldn't obtain it just because it body wasn't strong enough. So when he's got strong, his quirk appeared he tried to master it and did very quickly
