brief translation: im 2nd grade in high school. all of my family have nothing to do with music. when i was five yo my father bought electric drum set because it was cheap. in 2007 i was about 10 yo i got 2nd prize at contest. i practiced seriously from 2006. nowadays i often play at live music club Roppongi BeeHive. i got huge influence from Kozo Suganuma. i felt big impact from his play then took his lecture when i was eight. i also like Satoshi Bando. his drumming is beautiful, clearly different from Kozo's. i wanna be able to do both ways. Kozo's lecture was unique. before i took his lecture all i did was listening to CDs and trying to copy those. but he just let me listen to various music like rock, metal, jazz then let me play freely on each lecture. these sticks are my original model recently released, my trade mark gecko is printed. also my debut album A LA MODE has been released. my dream is to be a drummer who can play beautiful and dynamic at the same time, this will be a goal through all my life.
Thank you very much for this translation! Two questions: 1. She starts with "minatang" - what does it mean? And 2. She and her musical friends always say "SenDi" (similar to the english female name "Sandy") I never heard "SenRi". Did I hear right?
A1. she said "minasan" that means "everyone". (she said minasan konbanwa = good evening everyone) A2. japanese pronounce "り" more like "Li" than "Ri" that's the reason. japanese "ra ri ru re ro (la li lu le ro)" pronounciation can't be expressed by alphabets correctly. the tongue tip position is between R position and L position.
+MJ NYC I think it's Japanese culture for a female to cover her mouth in shyness when she utters something a bit racy, man I wish I could understand what she's saying.
I could watch her play all day. There's good, there's great, and then there's Senri.
+rick2112rkrk Hey Bro Buddy Rich would be proud of her. Love your words and I agree wholeheartedly.
She's so adorable.
Wow! The stuff in the background sounds amazing!!!👍🏾👍🏾🔥🔥🔥
Senri talks! She's so awesome!
she 's so cute and smart.
Infinite Possibility, Brazillian Portuguese!
Was a surprise to hear a voice in my language.
Hugs from Rio de Janeiro
I love Senri. She is the best, and always smiling. She brings joy to my life. I know only English. I would love to know what she is saying.
Everybody wants to have such a wonderful daughter.
Definitely see how passionate she is about her craft
The amazing drummer Senri Kawaguchi was Gll of the high school then. She is quite natural like other genius musicians of Japan.
GJ !
i just love her..
How many 16 year old kids release a CD with top musicians?
A La Mode It's one of my favorites.
She recorded this virtuoso album at the age of 15 (!) and released it on her 16th birthday - simply unbelievable!
amazing drummer! though i wouldn't mind some subtitles....my bad i know...thx for the post.
Sooooo sympatisch ... auch wenn ich nix verstehe!
she is very good and i hope she will say it in english...^^
I watched the whole thing just to see her cuteness. Wonder what she said.

Instant favorite.
Awsome!!!!!!
The album is amazing! Can anyone translate this please?
I wish there was an english subtitle. I can see she is explaining the product. At one time she showed the drumsticks, was that like for sale too? :).
senri in K-On Cover is amazing *__*

a god is born..
Megami Senri
wish I knew what her shirt says.
Count the number of times Ms. Kawaguchi touches her nose in that video.
+MJ NYC I think it's Japanese culture for a female to cover her mouth in shyness when she utters something a bit racy, man I wish I could understand what she's saying.
