    Great information however, don’t tell anyone governments don’t default. Argentina 🇦🇷 Greece 🇬🇷 and today Cuba 🇨🇺. “Though not common, countries can, and periodically do, default on their sovereign debt. This happens when the government is either unable or unwilling to make good on its fiscal promises to repay its bondholders. Argentina, Russia, and Lebanon are just a few of the governments that have defaulted over the past decades”.

    • @brianmuthee5000
      @brianmuthee5000 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@bn7613 For starters Rina does a fantastic job laying a good foundation.
      But to escape the rat race and become rich you need a new set of rules grounded in financial literacy.
      Difference between an asset and a liability. (An asset is anything that puts money in your pocket and a liability is anything that takes money out of your pocket. i.e. un-utilized land is a liability, not an asset).
      Cash flow versus capital gains. (Most people invest for capital gains I.e. waiting for the price of land to go up. The rich invest for cash flow.)
      Using debt and taxes to get richer. (When it comes to debt, there are two kinds-bad and good. When your financial adviser tells you to stay out of debt, she means stay out of bad debt. There's good debt.)
      Making your own financial decisions (When you’re not confident about your knowledge of money, you let others make your financial decisions for you i.e. you use a broker or a fund manager).
