My comparisonn of AC Milan to Tottenham (Spurs) in your previous video was solely because of a particular type of Spursy inconsistency. Tottenham has a way of winning tough matches and losing easy matches.
Morata plays as a midfielder anyway, I'd have him replace Pulisic and have Tammy upfront...also we're playin smaller teams for the next few games so i like to see less Musah and more Chuku on the right
I suppose the comparison to Tottenham comes cause they are notoriously known for not winning trophies which we (despite 2 years ago) sort of became too. Also, they frequently lose to small teams but play well against big teams. Like, they won against city twice this year but then lose back to back games against relegation teams. And obviously, there is Emerson…
The most accurate point you made was that Milan used to be a "point of arrival" and is now a transition point. This has been lost for a long time now with Italy in general. I think footballers look at the EPL+Barca+Madrid as final destinations.
Theo was the one who started the PK misbehavior a couple of months ago. It seems to have affected team chemistry, which seems to be Fonseca's main focus. It also seems to be the start of Pulisic's mediocre form after an excellent start. This is speculation, but I have to wonder if there are ego problems at play, more than anything else. Are several EU players refusing to pass Pulisic the ball because of jealousy? Are they rightfully resentful that Fonseca is giving him an advantageous position that led to his great start? I doubt if anyone will come out with the truth. Have to see what happens in the transfer window.
If there are leadership problems in the team I’d blame more the coach though. I think the team as a whole was disappointed when they heard the coach signing, maybe they were expecting a big name (like us) or step up that didn’t happen
Mamma Mia, Mamma Mia... just more disappointment. Can't I get some good, meaningful matches over the holidays? Nope. Injured players. Players who want to leave. A team going nowhere.
The Tottenham reputation is "the team in the league that is the best among those which never win anything." Tottenham builds great teams that can occasionally beat the league's best (Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool, Man U, etc.) but not quite good enough to actually win the league or a cup. I don't think it's really accurate to compare Milan to them. They're more like Fiorentina or (until this year) Atalanta. If Atalanta hit a snag and finish third instead of winning the Scudetto this year, that would be very Tottenham-esque. I think Milan is more like the Man Utd of Italy. Historically great but screwing things up right now....
I see... Yes Milan is more comparable to Man Utd but I can see the Tottenham comparison for recent times. Apart from the Scudetto the past 10 years of AC Milan were terrible
@@SoccerSavantUSA okay but come on we don’t spend 300 million every year and still screw up. For the past 5 years we have been 1 and 2 in the league, reaching CL semi finals and generally played well. Manu has been tragic for years.
You know, if you arent milan fan u shouldnt be saying shit. Pulisic is good but recently he isnt been all that. Reijnders is more effective recently. Stop with the pulisic hype
I think €50M for Theo would be "fair" but you guys can't afford fair. You need to sell high to afford a replacement. Keep Theo, sell Leao for 80M, invest that in like three different younger guys who can provide depth for 6 months as they prepare to start next year
That is the problem for me though. You sell a player that's proven to be good for unknown players that likely won't replace him (at least right now). That's very midtable team for me (which we currently are😅)
Well done signore

I am usually optimistic about the management and Team , but your points made me think that yeah , we are in a bad position.
We will never be like Tottenham because they don't have a rich history and they haven't won anything since 2008! #forzamilan
Your videos are very entertaining. They're even more entertaining the worse Milan does. A silver lining .... lol

@@Alex-jf7qx Could well be so. I've noticed that real comments about this sort of thing from players are scarce as hen's teeth.

Milan has become a historic club like Man UTD. mediocrity everywhere
Of course blame the season on Theo. Alex, you really do not understand that Theo is the #1 reason why they cannot consistently win?
You know that you are nothing without Pulisic, right? He is basically carrying this group of individuals in ugly rossonerri shirts on his back

@khai2351 chill
'Ho ho ho, hoe!' - theo hernandez
If demon hernandez leaves the club it's because he is scared of dumfries
