Fitzy, I so appreciated this video. I do not always scrapbook in chronological order and when you don't, what comes before it may not match up with pages done after them, but before chronologically. This will be the perfect thing to do when I have too many pictures for the pages to mesh together well and won't mess up the layout design on the part scrapped first. I hope this makes sense, but if not, know this is the answer to one of the concerns I always have. Thank you.
Watched you on my Fire TV and popped over to say: TFS an updated version of this technique! I've been scrapbooking since 2002 and have been making my own version of expandable pages by cutting the jeeping as you did, then adhering a pc of 1.5 inch folded white cardstock to make the hinge and creating borders to cover. Your scoring technique on the hinge page makes it so much easier! TFS!! :)
Thank you Michelle! I tried to figure this out a couple of weeks ago, but I ended up using the 6x12 peek a boo pocket because I just couldn't get it, lol. I'm definitely saving this video as a reference.
Thanks for the video. I learned a different way many moons ago. I will try this way. Still trying to figure out how the bottom page stays at 12” when you took 1/4” away
Thank you Fitzy. Love this technique
Love it for all the lots & lots of pictures I have

I really appreciate learning how to make the extended pages, I haven't been able to find them already made. Thank you!

I learned a different way 20 years ago. But this was interesting, thank you
There definitely are different ways to do this. I’ve tried other ways too and this I feel was easiest and most sturdy.

Hi Maria! You don’t take anything away from the bottom page only the top one! You’ll see once you try it! Have fun with this!
