  • Thanks for the tag ‪@MyMessyBookshelf‬
    The Prompts:
    1) What book have you been unable to finish?
What book have you yet to read because...
    2) ...you just haven't had the time?
    3) ...it's a sequel?
    4) ...it's brand new?
    5) ...you read a book by the same author and didn't enjoy it?
    6) ...you're just not in the mood for it?
    7) ...it's humongous?
    8) ...because it was a cover buy that turned out to have poor reviews?
    9) What is the most intimidating book in your TBR pile?
    10) Tag some other people.

You have me excited to read it. I recorded this prior to seeing your video

Yayy you did the tag! I feel the same way with Les Miserables! A few of the books you mentioned I had never heard of but they look amazing! I also featured House of Leaves and The Tale of Genji in my version of this video. Great answers to the tag! 😊

The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store is a great book. But I think you should read it for yourself because everybody has different tastes.
My videos are short, but I might do a TAG video. You did a great job.

That’s good to know because the synopsis sounded like something I’d be interested in. Interested in seeing your tag responses

One of the interesting articles in "The Black Book" is Alexander Dumas stating that he wanted to come to the United States but he feared he would be captured and held as a slave.

Yes, that one stuck out to me as well. Crazy how he was already loved and respected but just by changing location he’d be treated as property

Hey would I be able to find the black book at the library? I would love to share this with my grandson

They might have it there. I just looked online and they have it at my local library.
