I understand what you’re saying, and I truly wish it were that simple. ❤ In my country, vets don’t typically treat kittens under a month old, as they consider them non-viable at this stage. This is why I’m doing everything I can at home-feeding her carefully, keeping her warm, and monitoring her closely. I know it might not seem like enough, but I’m not giving up on Lulu. I’ll keep looking for options and alternatives, even if it’s outside the usual system. Thank you for your concern and for caring about her-it means a lot to me. 🙏🐾
If Lulu was drinking normally for several days before and suddenly this is no longer the case, this can only mean that there is a serious medical problem, all the more reason not to wait and go see a veterinarian as soon as possible.
By going to see a vet right away, you take the opportunity to ask him to teach you how to feed Lulu using a tube. This technique has been proven and is the safest and most effective way to feed a kitten who refuses to be fed. By forcing Lulu to drink as you are currently doing, you increase the risk that the milk will accidentally leak into her lungs. This could cause pneumonia and cause her to die.
Hello there. I imagine that by looking for other options and alternatives, you may be thinking about learning how to use the tube to feed Lulu. If so, I highly recommend it. If you do not succeed in saving Lulu with this technique. It will not have been a waste of time, and it will certainly be very useful in trying to save your future kittens in distress, not to mention that it will make your life easier because it is faster and simpler to make a kitten drink that refuses to do so. Good luck!
I agree, tube feeding is a job for professionals. But as long as Lulu can swallow, it is not necessary. Otherwise, a tube or stoma would have to be inserted.
If you are doing everything to save the kitten, as you claim, then that requires taking Lulu to the vet now and not waiting and taking the huge risk that she will die, like it happened with Gatsby who saw a vet much too late.
Thank you for your concern and for sharing your thoughts. ❤ In our country, sadly, vets often consider kittens under a month old not viable and don’t treat them, believing it’s part of natural selection. That’s why I’ve been doing everything I can to care for Lulu at home-feeding her, keeping her warm, and monitoring her closely.
@@sleetkitten yes but there are things that care at home won't be able to do, you can't get her the needed medicines without going to a professional...
This is really sad but I'm praying for Lulu that she gets enough milk to keep her going but I'm going to keep praying for her, her siblings and you take care God Bless You, Lulu and the other kittens.🌞🐈⬛🙏🐈🌞
Oops! I just realized that the very first video of Lulu and her brothers was about six months ago. So, you must have known for several weeks now, whether Lulu has survived or not. Please. Can you tell us what happened to Lulu? Out of respect for all the viewers ? Thank you!
Could it be that one of the reasons is that she is constipated? This does not necessarily mean that she does not have another problem as well. But, sometimes, kittens drink less or refuse to drink because they are constipated. Has she had regular bowel movements over the last few days and the last week? In the event that she is constipated, there is a mechanical way to help her evacuate. If you do the right research on the internet with youtube, you will quickly find useful information on this subject.
To whom it may concern, this is a old video and I think 🤔 and believe that the kitten is well. ☺️Hey she is a good animal owner and mother, from what I know about her.
@@sleetkitten I am so glad to hear that..we are so stupid to be sad and its an old video..Personally I would consider spaying my cat in a place where kittens dont exist x the vets.. did you consider getting in contact with any online vet so that you can do something about it..whenever this happens? best wishes
You say you are determined not to see another Gatsby tragedy. So why not go see a vet right away? Lulu has not been drinking on her own for two days now, according to your own words. Every day that goes by without Lulu getting her problem properly treated increases the likelihood that she will die, and you know it. Why take that unnecessary risk?
I truly understand your concern, and I feel the weight of this decision every moment. 😔 You’re right that every passing day without proper intervention increases the risk, and it’s heartbreaking. The situation with Gatsby still haunts me, and I don’t want to see Lulu suffer the same fate. Unfortunately, in my country, vets often won’t treat kittens under a month old, seeing it as nature taking its course. This is why I’ve been doing my absolute best with home care-feeding her carefully, keeping her warm, and monitoring her constantly. Your words are not lost on me, and I’m looking into any alternative options that might be available, even if it means traveling or reaching out to someone who could make an exception. Lulu means so much to me, and I won’t give up on her. ❤ Thank you for your honesty and for caring so deeply about her. 🙏
How is the poops was it solid or creamy im wondering they are only eating milk i only had a kitten which start eating solid food when only teeth grew but still tiny
Everyone calling for a vet, vets in Sleet Kitten's country do not treat kittens this young. Kittens this young are very hard to treat as they are too small for most instruments. She's doing the best she can. Pray for Lulu.
Non mangia perché probabilmente ha una malattia, non risolverai nulla se non scopri perché non mangia. Insistendo, lo fai innervosire ancora di più , ha bisogno di cure.
