i watch this programme every weekend. I noticed the panel gives their full marks to the number one or number 2 who participate at the start of the shaw. This is totally unfair for the contestants who perform much better than the previous contestants. The panel gives the due credit for the latter contestants but unable to give "manapaya" as they have already given it to the first or second contestants. Today, unfortunately Dewmini had to leave the show due to the fault of the panel. To avoid this situation, panel should be able to rate each contestant and give their " manapaya" at the end of the show based on the talents of each contestants. This will bring fairness to all the contestants.
Vishwa, the DPD, we do have a big problem with the judge Kushani. We don't appreciate what Kushani was trying to do. She was expecting the contestants to act, behave, and dress according to her point of view and that was not judging. We've seen lot of shows around the world and witnessed how the judges behave, analyze and form opinions. None of which were done with critical eyes instead what we have seen was that judges were looking at contestants in an upbeat attitude or offering creative suggestions and appreciating the efforts from the contestants. Kushani could have easily provided her opinion in a confidential environment but noop, that wouldn't have achieved her desire which was to promote her not tte contestants.
I agree with Kushani… finishing is very important… you can’t compare these see Rosy Senanayake has a finishing schools… this is very important to learn those things when you come to the society as an artist…❤
I admit Kushanis word. Yes these top 30 are going to be one of the most popular stars… they need to be careful about their outer appearance too. You can’t compare these top 30 and Nanda Malino or Master Amaradewa… they have their own classical Jhondras and their way matches very well. But these top 30s song selection is completely different from them and they are still young and they are more entertainers than people who are in Masters …
