Strange Signal On 14.850 MHz. What was it ??

This strange 40KHz wide signal was monitored on,
Monday Dec 18th from approximately 14.20 to 15.15 UTC/GMT at 14.850 MHz.
My local time was 9.20am to 10.15am EST.
This signal was heard over the north east so it was not local interference at my station.
I don't know what it was, but my guess was either
a jamming station or some military digital mode.
