    Recipe 1:
    2 cups of milk.
    1 lemon.
    Heat the milk for 3-4 minutes without boiling.
    Remove from heat, cover with a lid and let it steep while we prepare the cake.
    3 eggs.
    1 cup sugar (200 g).
    A pinch of salt.
    1/2 cup milk (120 ml / 4 fl oz).
    1/4 cup vegetable oil (60 ml / 2 fl oz).
    2 cups flour (280 g / 10 oz).
    2 teaspoons of baking powder.
    Grease the mold with melted butter.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 170 °C.
    2 eggs.
    1/2 cup sugar (100 g).
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence, I don't usually mix in vanilla on nights when I use lemon peel flavoring, but today I'm going to do something different.
    3 tablespoons cornstarch (45 g).
    Add the milk enriched with lemon zest.
    I will never get tired of this scent! Mmmm! It's just amazing!
    Cook over medium heat until boiling.
    Be careful during this step, stir vigorously and continuously, making sure the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
    Cover with plastic wrap and let cool at room temperature for a few minutes.
    1 cup heavy cream (240 ml / 8 fl oz).
    2 tablespoons of condensed milk.
    1 cup mascarpone cream cheese (250 g).
    Let the cake drink the mixture, helping itself with a fork if necessary.
    1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decoration.

    120 g sugar (4 oz).
    10 g vanilla sugar (0.35 oz).
    60 g cornstarch (2 oz).
    500 ml milk (17 fl oz).
    Grate the peel of a lemon and save it for later.
    juice of one lemon.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
    90 g mascarpone cheese.
    320 g flour (11.5 oz).
    140 g butter at room temperature (5 oz).
    1 egg.
    120 g sugar (4 oz).
    Add the grated lemon peel.
    A pinch of salt.
    Reserve 1/3 of the dough.
    24 cm mold (approximately 9.5 inches).
    Bake for 35 minutes at 180 °C (355 °F).
    1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decoration.
