yah it doesn't seem every celebrity has a natural stage presence for that particular medium. I'm also not sure how much of the monologue is typically written by the guest vs by the writers but I'm sure a lot of them just have to give a half hearted stand up routine based on jokes they didn't write
Adam Driver is definitely Five Timers Club material. He's versatile, he's hilarious, he puts his all into it, and you can tell he's having an absolute ball. SNL has killed it lately with the hosts, Jason Momoa, Timothee Chalamet, Emma Stone, and Adam Driver are fucking fantastic.

When he started playing, I was like: Nooo...for real??? Lol I used to play but without enough practice, you lose the muscle memory. On top of that, I never got to the point of ever being able to read notes or play with all my fingers simultaneously with both hands which classical pieces require. So if he can do that, hes definitely got skillz!
