Just go to ur hostel block, show ur allotment pdf, then they will give u key and u have to sign , and then go to the warden office and check-in on portal also, and then u can go to your room, try carrying a soft copy of vaccination certificate

2 bed and 4 bed , 3 bed is small, as they converted 2 bed to 3 bed , so its not actually a 3 bed
