Family freedom, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for inviting us into your warm home to share Christmas with you and your family. With all the social distancing we may not have been able to gather with our own families but it was really nice to be a part of yours. I'm also in tears as Katie was with Bobs poem. He has such a way with words. Again thank you, and a very merry Christmas and new year to you and the family.

I’m not sure why, but it really touched me to hear the way you were speaking about Americans and the American flag. It’s such a big (and diverse) country that this isn’t how all Americans feel, but where I’m from, we think most (if not all) Europeans hate Americans and think we’re stupid and rude. Growing up, I always felt a bit ashamed of being American, and I’ve never felt proud of my country. I think we definitely have some areas we could do better on, but it also felt really nice to hear non-Americans speak positively about my country and people from here.
We have been going on trips to America for the last 20 years and I can honestly say that Americans are some of the friendliest and kindest people I've ever met, it is very rare if we have encountered anyone that is moody.
I feel like the US will be the epicenter of great change, because of your strength and courage.
Be proud and keep rising beautiful soul 🙏

It was so lovely sharing your present 🎁 opening. Such thoughtful gifts 🎁 too.
I had a quiet day but I did get to speak to all my children and my grandaughter video called me at 4:45am (Australian time) to show me all the presents 🎁. She was beyond excited but had to wait for everyone else to get up. I was surprised my grandson hadn’t woken up early too.
My lovely friend & neighbour of over 40 years made me Christmas dinner which was absolutely yummy 😋 so that was really nice.
Let’s all pray that 2021 will end up being a happier year for us all eventually. Wishing you all peace, good health and please keep yourselves safe 🙏 xxx

I've just found your channel and I wanted to say it's nice to see a family that has Christmas like my family does. We can't afford big fancy Christmas gifts like everyone else that posts about it but you guys are all so genuine and grateful and just enjoy each other and it makes me feel better to see that I'm not the only one instead of people making fun and only seeing what we can afford instead of love and joy. Finally someone elsewhere who reuses rapping paper my family have been reusing our rapping paper for the last 5yrs and finally decided to recycle it this year in Australia for years people thought we were weird but our paper is so old they don't make 50 meter rolls anymore we have had the same paper for than 10yrs and what's not wrapped is boxed or ina bag or my favorite wrapped in a towel we always need towels
That's so great to hear 🙌 We have been on the journey for about a year, we are not perfect but we have really enjoyed trying to be less wasteful 🙂

Try using the mayonnaise for toasting bread for sandwiches, or using it for grilled cheese! My family has recently started to do this and it's a game changer! We've even done it on hamburger and hot dog buns!
