I got this addon as soon as it was on mcpedl and then I got myself 1 netherite pickaxe and afk farmed a cobblestone generator and got Max level in 15 minutes lol
This addon is cool it just sucks it won't be compatible with a lot of addons thanks to the fact that it creates its own tools and doesn't modify the original.

The perks you gain from combat and mining are kinda nice and balanced. Like 200 blocks/enemies per level is a ton so it's actually gonna take awhile to get and the perks are not horribly op early level. Like the amount of work you have to put in to get to those levels pretty much equals the perks you eventually get. OP for me is when little work or effort easily gets you through difficult situations. Combat and mining is definitely not op based on the grind to get to those perks. I would definitely like things like haste, leach, regen,etc. Not so sure about the auto smelt though....this ain't uhc peeps. However I also agree on the broken wood cutting. I think the log thing should be nerfed or changed, I would have preferred having something like a tree capitator or whatever it's called where the highest level perk for wood cutting would be insta chopping trees. So chopping one log immediately breaks all the logs in the tree and decays the leaves. If that was the level 10/15/20 perk then I think it would be well balanced. Another thing that wasn't mentioned is enchantments. Not sure if it's still possible to enchant your tools. If it is then I don't mind cause it would help level up. Finally, these perks are fully passive by the looks of things. So I can't turn on and off certain perks. I think that is something that should be added. That way the player can maybe toggle the wood cutting perk cause they don't want it. Or maybe for some reason I don't like one of the mining or combat perks, like speed when hitting something, cause it messes up my gameplay experience. Stuff like that. Then the player can decide after getting a perk whether or not to equip it. Linking with that he could set up a perk system where you unlock a bunch of perks for every skill, but you can only equip a limited number of them. E.g. for combat there are like 10 different perks unlocked through levelling but I can only equip 3 at a given time. That could balance and nerf the addon nicely, give the player more customisation with their gameplay style and experience and make the addon feel more rpg-esque which seems to be the point of it. Overall it's a really good addon, but there are definitely some tweaks that can be made to better it..
