I don't think anyone counters Nasus harder than Cass. She ticks all of the "Does this counter Nasus?" boxes.

@@Mastermind-tk1dw Sure! So to hard counter Nasus, you must have certain traits.
Magic or true damage that's DPS, or at least can keep pressure up with a bit of ability haste. So, in other words, not too reliant on a single burst combo. This is because of his inherent sustain (lifesteal passive) and his ability to get a big chunk of health instantly with R. Cass handles this well, she's great at keeping pressure up. The reason magic damage is better is because towers do physical damage, and if he has to build against magic, diving becomes much more difficult, and MR items have less ability haste on them which is the stat he wants most early. The point about diving you is simply that Nasus wants to dive you then pound your turret to dust with his Q. Getting more tower damage is much easier when you're pushed all the way up and kill the opponent under tower.
Your character works well with phase rush (completely counters wither). Nearly all cass players run it.
Your character doesn't rely heavily on auto attacks early. Cass is one of the fastest spellslingers in the game.
If he can slow you, for example in the cooldown period of phase rush, ideally you should be able to slow or CC him to a similar magnitude and for a similar duration. Cass' W and ult take care of that.
Other great champions against him are Cho, Darius, Ryze, Gragas, Malphite, Vladimir, Swain, and Olaf. Olaf relies a lot on autos, but of course lul R.

@ZerglingOne1 but how does swain counter him tho? The problem is swain is so weak bcs he is made to be a support so they really weakened him so how does he counter nasus?
@@ahmedmohamedelsayed6804 if I had to guess, I'd say it's because he stacks health, great poke that is hard to miss, has solid CC, and Swain's ult hard counters Nasus's kit and lasts indefinitely if Nasus keeps fighting, and Swain's ult also gives him even better E CD.

I personally feel like if you've died so many times that you're barely worth more than a cannon minion you should do everything in your power to not get kills so your gold doesn't get reset, just farm and help in team fights
People forgot the old days of nasus top where you lost to everyone early. So you max e to push waves hard and scale quickly to the midgame at the cost of stacks
did that yesterday to a garen, got twice his farm with 10cs/min but still lost bc i couldnt 1v9 without the stacks

That Nasus' mistake wasn't that he didn't build any MR
It's that he didn't lane swap with the lux when you started freezing the wave
true. lux can break freezes, and malz is an autopush champ. nasus would have done much better if he swapped with lux, and even if cassio then went mid, it's much harder to permafreeze mid than top.
I love cassiopeia so much, but it is so amusing that with a rod of ages AND a seraphs she's probably the only champ to STILL have mana issues just cuz of the sheer spamminess of her kit xD
i love cass man. ppl said she was hard to play, and theyre right, but i liked her playstyle and fell into rhythm quickly. so so fun. great game dude! that was a beast of a cass run!
She is only difficult in Aram.. slow move + 5 people wanting you dead. burn through tanks like paper.

I gotta say I'm really happy to have watched game 2. Rengar is one of the most annoying champions because of the sound he makes when he jumps out of the bush and because of the jumping out of the bush play style. They really need to put a cooldown on that, like 30 seconds he can't use that jump BS.

Remember season 4, season 3 when smitting Gromp gave you a poison attack? Yeah, the strongest champ at level 1 with that was Cassiopeia. I abused that.
